Diversity is growing. Equality still lags behind.

As the authors of the T2S Group report
“Diversity without barriers — myth or standard?” (Różnorodność bez barier – mit czy standard?)
we share in Business Impact Review the conclusions that invite us to pause and consider what the working environment really looks like today.

The data are unambiguous:
almost every second employee has met with unequal treatment, and most such situations… are never reported.
Every second employee experiences discrimination at work.
And most of them… do not react.
Why?
Because discrimination today is rarely obvious.
More and more often it takes the form of:
– “quiet exclusion”
– being left out of decisions
– subtle signals that are hard to prove — but easy to feel
📊 From the report:
• more than 60% of people have seen discrimination in the workplace
• as many as 3 in 4 cases go unreported
This raises important questions:
do we really create space in organisations for people to speak up?
do employees believe that reporting will change anything?
