Airport security requires precision, strict compliance with regulations and a flexible response to changes in passenger traffic. Holding a licence issued by the Ministry of the Interior and Administration (MSWiA) for business activity in the protection of persons and property, T2S Group provides access control services at airports.

Airport security

We provide dedicated, fully vetted teams of specialists responsible for the key elements of the screening process:

• Efficient screening of cabin and checked baggage, carried out under the strict discipline of aviation procedures.
• Optimisation and organisation of passenger flow in screening areas, which keeps travellers moving without delays.
• Matching staffing levels to daily traffic intensity and to seasonal peaks in passenger numbers.

By taking over responsibility for this process, we deliver solutions that combine strict security requirements with a high standard of passenger service. Please contact us to discuss the details of cooperation and an operating model matched to the needs of your airport.

Renata Wozba, President of the Management Board of T2S Group, has received the Charismatic Woman title (Kobieta Charyzmatyczna)

The title goes to women who combine measurable professional achievement with real support for others. As the founder of the programme, Beata Sekuła, put it: “Charismatic women have passions and dreams that they turn into plans and make real, but they do not do it at the expense of others. They are creative, enterprising and resourceful in life. They know how to share their knowledge, their good energy and whatever else they can.” Past winners include Elżbieta Polak, Marshal of the Lubusz Voivodeship; Anna Dymna; Kayah; Dorota Wellman; Omenaa Mensah; Alina Strześniewska, President of Radio Kolor; and Anna Jakubowski, director of Coca-Cola Poland.

The verdict was reached during the eleventh session of the Chapter, held on 19 June 2026 at the Institute of Quality of Life in Warsaw. The Chapter is made up of representatives of science, business, medicine, culture, sport, the media and the social sector, together with winners of previous editions. The session was chaired by Beata Sekuła, editor-in-chief of WHY Story magazine and President of the Charismatic Woman Association (Stowarzyszenie Kobieta Charyzmatyczna). Members of the Chapter included Dr Lidia Czarkowska, founder of the postgraduate programme in psychology and coaching at Kozminski University; Janusz Cieślak, President of the European Business Club Poland; Tomasz Jagodziński, President of the Masters of Sport Foundation, a former senator and previously director of the Museum of Sport and Tourism in Warsaw; and Barbara Remiszewska, attorney at law, President of World Personel Group.

European Economic Congress

Inspiring, substantive and full of worthwhile conversations — that was this year’s European Economic Congress (Europejski Kongres Gospodarczy) 2026 in Katowice.🚀

As Grupa T2S we were glad to be part of this event. We came back with a great deal of inspiration, new perspectives and — just as important — relationships that have the potential to grow into valuable cooperation.

Summing up this year’s congress, Renata Wozba noted:
“This event showed how much business today needs dialogue, an exchange of experience and the courage to look for new solutions in a fast-changing reality.”

Thank you for the chance to take part in one of the most important business gatherings in Europe, and for the space to share knowledge and experience.

This was a particularly important time for us, as Grupa T2S extends its process and technology outsourcing into the aviation sector and drone solutions — which led to intensive, advanced conversations during the European Economic Congress (Europejski Kongres Gospodarczy).

Thank you for the inspiring meetings:
