These questions were answered by Renata Wozba, President of the Management Board of Grupa T2S, podczas European Economic Congress (Europejski Kongres Gospodarczy) in an interview for Agencja ISBnews.

An ageing society is having an ever stronger effect on the labour market: staff shortages now affect not only line and manual workers but specialists as well. This is a challenge not only for Poland but for the whole of Europe.

Grupa T2S is responding to these changes by developing its business among others in the areas of aviation, civil protection and security. At the same time, over the past year the company has sharply accelerated its technological development, investing in solutions based on drone technology. The interview is part of a broader debate about the future of the labour market and the role of responsible, effective employment models in a fast-changing economy.

The conversation covered among other things questions of staff availability, demographic change and the impact of the economic situation on companies’ recruitment strategies in Poland and the region.

The annual meeting organised by Business Centre Club has for more than three decades honoured companies and leaders who build a modern economy based on innovation, quality and social responsibility. Winners of the Leader of Polish Business title are companies with outstanding results that genuinely influence the country’s economic development.

The ceremony was opened by Jacek Goliszewski, President of the Business Centre Club, who spoke about the organisation’s work and role. Grażyna Majcher-Magdziak, minister of the treasury and privatisation of the GGC BCC and a member of the Social Dialogue Council, then took the floor.

The nominees in the 33. edition of the competition also included Grupa T2S, which is a huge source of pride for us and confirmation that we are consistently growing as a responsible and credible business partner.

Yesterday saw the awards gala for the winners of the Diamenty Forbesa 2026 ranking from the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 🥂

The event was attended by Grupa T2S 🎉, which for the third year in a row has been a winner in this year’s edition of the ranking 💎. The company was proudly represented by Rafał Wąsik, Project Technology Manager at Grupa T2S.

For the eighteenth time the respected business magazine Forbes Polska has compiled a list of the fastest-growing companies in Poland. The list includes companies that increased their value fastest over the last three years.

The Forbes Diamond title goes to companies with a positive financial result and a high business credibility rating.

We have just attended the jubilee V edition of the conference of the Fundacja Polka XXI wieku, held on 6 March at the Reduta Banku Polskiego in Warsaw.
The event was ceremonially opened by the First Lady of Poland, Marta Nawrocka, who spoke about values and courage — the leading theme of this year’s edition.

The patron of this year’s conference is the famous Pole Maria Skłodowska-Curie, and the leading theme is COURAGE.

The conference brought together more than 50 panellists from the worlds of science, business, technology and public life. The programme was filled with inspiring conversations, expert workshops and debates on the challenges of the modern world. The day culminated in the gala of the Polka XXI wieku competition and a closing concert.

Grupa T2S had the honour of supporting this event as a conference partner for another year. We are particularly glad to have taken an active part in the substantive programme.
In the panel “The courage to invest — women build their capital” our women’s voice was represented by Renata Wozba, President of the Management Board of Grupa T2S, who together with financial market experts discussed building financial independence, investment strategies and the challenges facing investors in a changing economy.
