3. Personal data will be processed for the following purposes: recruitment, the conclusion and
performance of the contract entered into in connection with acceptance of these terms (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
and further, in order to establish or pursue claims or to defend against such claims
by the Controller – the legal basis for the processing being the legitimate
interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were
collected, and then, where this is required by the Act of 14 July 1983 on
the national archival resources and archives, for the period specified in those provisions (Article 6
(1)(c) GDPR). In other cases personal data will be stored until
the limitation periods for claims expire or court proceedings are concluded.
5. The following data are processed: first name and surname, PESEL number, contact details,
passport number, citizenship, residence permit or residence and work permit of the person
interested in taking up work, within the portfolio of projects carried out by T2S
Group Sp. z o.o.; T2S Solutions - Consulting & Job Agency Spółka z Ograniczoną
Odpowiedzialnością and T2S Service Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością.
6. Data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients: public authorities
and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of
T2S Group Sp. z o.o.,

providing technical or organisational support, Partners and Clients for whom

Odpowiedzialnością and T2S Service Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością carry out
projects.
7. At every stage of processing by T2S Group Sp. z o.o., T2S Solutions - Consulting
& Job Agency Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością and T2S Service Spółka z
Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością, the person whose data are processed has the right to
request information about the rules of data processing,
the issue of a copy of the personal data processed about them, the transfer of those
data, the restriction of their processing and the erasure of personal data or their
rectification. The person has the right to object to the use of
specific personal data and the right to lodge a complaint with the President
of the Personal Data Protection Office.
8. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or to international
organisations.
9. Personal data will not be used for profiling or for automated
decision-making.
