In aviation we focus our work on three main pillars of process outsourcing: ground handling, air cargo and security screening. We take responsibility for entire operational processes, and the foundation of this model is flexible employment arrangements that guarantee airports operational continuity and allow a fast response to sudden changes in the flight schedule.

  In ground handling, our staff keep processes running smoothly on the aprons of Polish airports. The daily tasks we take over from our partners include professional baggage belt handling and cleaning aircraft cabins. We also support passenger queuing — we organise flow in the check-in, screening and boarding areas, making sure queues form properly and passenger streams are directed smoothly. We work to the rhythm of the aircraft turnaround, so that every stage of handling finishes within the allotted time and creates no delays on later flights.   In the cargo sector we support logistics operations in warehouse areas. There our qualified staff build unit load devices (ULD), operate forklifts and store goods precisely. An important part of the process entrusted to us is securing shipments properly before transport, which keeps the cargo safe and improves the supply chain.   In security screening we provide staff responsible for the protection of persons and property. Our employees work at screening points, carrying out personal searches and checks of cabin and checked baggage. We run these activities so that strict security standards do not disturb the smooth flow of people through the terminals, which translates directly into the efficiency of the whole airport.   Every process entrusted to us is carried out under the full discipline of aviation security rules and our partners' internal operating procedures. We settle for the result, not only for the hours supplied — on the basis of agreed quality and punctuality indicators.
