Renata Wozba, President of the Management Board of T2S Group, has received the Charismatic Woman title (Kobieta Charyzmatyczna)

The title goes to women who combine measurable professional achievement with real support for others. As the founder of the programme, Beata Sekuła, put it: “Charismatic women have passions and dreams that they turn into plans and make real, but they do not do it at the expense of others. They are creative, enterprising and resourceful in life. They know how to share their knowledge, their good energy and whatever else they can.” Past winners include Elżbieta Polak, Marshal of the Lubusz Voivodeship; Anna Dymna; Kayah; Dorota Wellman; Omenaa Mensah; Alina Strześniewska, President of Radio Kolor; and Anna Jakubowski, director of Coca-Cola Poland.

The verdict was reached during the eleventh session of the Chapter, held on 19 June 2026 at the Institute of Quality of Life in Warsaw.
